The issues they were facing: 

With their store having a higher AOV (Average Order Value) of over $140, the challenge for the client was getting a good CPA (Cost per acquisition) that meant they could be over  2x ROAS consistently throughout the year. Also the client did not have enough time to manage the accounts internally due to the requirements of managing a successful campaign across both Facebook & Google. 


The Success: 

We are consistently achieving an overall ROAS of above 2x ROAS on Facebook and over a 5x ROAS on Google. We have built in a process across both platforms that means we are making the most of each of the targets audiences and not having too much of a cross-over and therefore wasting some budget. 

We have secured the consistency within the account and are now scaling within the US market.

With this account and price points it was all about constructing  a funnel for targeted cold audiences to be filtered into the bottom of the funnel and then captured in retargeting campaigns.
